Enjoy Summer Reading with your babies, toddlers and pre-readers
at your local Washington County library!

* Build pre-reading skills now, before they enter school or learn to read
* Reading to children every day helps them get ready to become readers
* Start now! It's never too early

Kids Summer Reading

Summer Reading is fun for kids....at your local Washington County Library!

Librarians in Washington County and throughout the nation are encouraging kids to have fun reading during summer vacation 2012. Studies show that students who read over the summer are better prepared for school success in the fall.

This year's theme for kids is "One World, Many Stories." Kids are invited to participate in the following activities:
